ERD is providing technical support to Jericho Road and supplied the initial funding of $2.3 million which is being used for administrative management, property acquisition, and construction. |

Trinity Wall Street has been a transforming force in the Church, society, and culture. The Trinity Grants Program expresses Trinity Wall Street's overall mission to spread the Gospel and participate in God's salvation according to the divine intention, using the tools of philanthropy to strengthen the Church's witness both locally and globally. This Trinity Grant provides financing to help rebuild Central City New Orleans with affordable housing stock using "soft second" mortgages. |

Grinnell College has upheld an ideal of social justice and responsibility. As part of this historic commitment, and in an attempt to match the talents, energy, and idealism of our students with the needs of our local and global communities, Grinnell College has created the Grinnell Corps, seven post-graduation service fellowships for students. Grinnell Corps offers selected new graduates one-year fellowship opportunities to volunteer in New Orleans on projects ranging from grant writing and client support to mapping and brownfield redevelopment. |

Deutsche Bank is committed to empowering local nonprofits and neighborhoods to assist in the recovery of New Orleans. The Grant recognizes the leadership and vision of Jericho Road. |

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas supports the expansion of affordable housing opportunities and community revitalization through specialized community investment and affordable housing advances and grant programs. The Bank contributes a percentage of its net income each year to an Affordable Housing Program which provides subsidized advances and grants for community housing programs. |

CrossRoads Missions is a nondenominational Christian mission organization based in Kentucky. CrossRoads Missions is helping to rebuild New Orleans neighborhoods with a staff trained and qualified in the construction field. |

Job Training

Reconcile New Orleans is a mentoring and skills building program which trains New Orleans youth in the culinary and construction trades. Reconcile New Orleans mentors and coordinates the young people on the building site. Jericho Road volunteers will be directed by CrossRoads and work alongside New Orleans youth, learning the construction trade. |

Neighborhood Housing Services has been a 501c(3) nonprofit for 30 years, providing comprehensive services for first-time homebuyers and existing homeowners through counseling, classroom training, loan packaging, and construction management services. |

Neighborhood Development Foundation is an economic engine like no other in the city. It converts life-long renters, modest resources, and ready houses into entire neighborhoods of new and happy homeowners. The ripple effect(s) of these new homeowners are seen in the form of renovation and construction of new homes, improved neighborhoods, and stabilized families. |
